Annual grant deadline: September 15th at 5:00 pm of each calendar year.

The Joseph Durda Foundation is accepting applications for the coming grant year ending December 31. The number of grants allocated and the amounts per grant vary each year based on prior Board commitments, grantee needs, dollars available from corpus, and the number of applicants per year.

Submit complete grant application to: The Joseph Durda Foundation c/o Brian Cohen, Suite B, 351 2nd St, Excelsior, MN 55331 no later than September 15th of each calendar year to be considered for a grant that year. Scanned applications are accepted at: info@josephdurdafoundation.org

The Grant Application must include:
  * Proof of 501(c)(3) organizational status (IRS Determination Letter)
  * A proposal letter that clearly explains the purpose and use of the requested sum
  * Any other pertinent information, including Income Statement/Balance Sheet, will be welcomed

Once the JDF Board has finalized the grant selection, a letter of notification will go out to you. You may be notified at any time after receipt of your proposal if your proposal letter does not meet the JDF Grant Guidelines (ie, being a 501(c)(3) and/or other criteria).
